Food Family Friends & Trends + Giveaway!!

I'm slacking today and am posting late today, sorry yall!  I'm typing this up on the U of M campus.  I figure I might as well get my money's worth of all that tuition money I've paid them over the last 12 years.  = )  Don't forget to enter the Target Gift Card Giveaway here and keep reading to see how to enter a group giveaway I'm participating in!  Take a look at that gorgeous hot pink Evie J necklace below; I'll be doing a giveaway for an identical one tomorrow!!!  Neon is really in this year, even more so than last year, and it will be here to stay for a while.  When I saw this shirt with neon trim on it and this neon Evie J necklace, I knew it was "me."  What do you think about neon?

We had some gorgeous weather in the 80s this past weekend, so it was the perfect time to get together with family and friends!  It was my neice's birthday, so went to the party at my SIL Lindsey's house.  My neice Aubree wanted a Duck Dynasty party, and I think Lindsey did a great job with it.  Tin plates - check.  Camo - check.  And of course we can't forget the ducks and the beards!

My nephew Carter.  You've probably only seen him a photo or 2 on this blog, ha!

My other nephew, Caleb.  Isn't he adorable?!

It helps if you put your butt into it...apparently.

Brooklyn won the duck bobbing contest!  Then they moved on to apples!

My neice Aubree.  It was hard work bobbing for all those apples!

My SIL Lindsey is on the left.

Of course I had to buy her clothing!

Me and Janessa.

I'm going to have to let my dad know he is now officially all over the internet.

ONE lucky reader will win over $400 + of goodies from these 24 lovely bloggers!

  6. Oooo, that necklace is cute and so is that top. And the shorts. Ah, what do you know? The whole outfit is adorable. This is my first time visiting your blog; I found you through Style Elixir's link up. The name of your blog caught my eye because "Walking in Memphis" is one of my top three favorite songs of all time! :)

  7. What a beautiful outfit! I love neon. I just bought a yellow neon sweater the other day. I'm more apt to do neon for my undergarments but am finally venturing out this season.

  14. So I was looking at that picture of you with Janessa thinking that she looked really familiar then it hit me! I know her! Well, sort of. Haha! I've met her anyway. She used to work with my husband before he changed jobs a couple of years ago. :)
