Trend Spin Linkup Week 43 - Colors

Shoshanna Blouse via Marshalls c/o (save, splurge) // Citizens of Humanity Jeans (save, splurge) // J.Crew Sandals (sold out, save, splurge) // GiGi New York Clutch c/o // Nine West Sunglasses via Marshalls c/o (save, splurge) // Nixon Watch (save, splurge) // Reece & Blaire Bangle c/o

Thank you so much for stopping by the Trend Spin Linkup today! Today's trend is colors.  You know I love, love, love colors!  Neons, pastels - I don't discriminate.  = )  The brighter, the better in my opinion.  I use to wear black nonstop and had no color in my closet.  My friends would pick on my for buying yet another black blouse.  Not anymore - those days are over, and I'm never going back.  Do you tend to gravitate towards colors or neutrals?  Now it's your turn to show us how you wear colors.  Here are our top two nautical looks from last week!

Next Tuesday's theme is tees.  Dress them down or dress them up; we want to see your favorite way to style this classic comfy staple.

All bloggers will be able to submit their post links via the inlinkz widget below every Tuesday at 7:00am CST with their take on our trend of the week. This will allow bloggers to show off their personal style, find new followers and meet some great fashionistas! You will also have the chance to be featured on our blogs the following Tuesday! So grab the button (on my sponsor page) and link up. For all bloggers we simply ask that you please follow your 2 hosts and your cohost of the week - Walking in Memphis in High Heels, The Fashion Canvas and Tea & Sequins (the first 3 links in the linkup) and provide a link to the Trend Spin Linkup in your post or add the button below to your blog. Don't forget to stop by the The Fashion Canvas and Tea & Sequins to see how they wore their trend today. Thanks, and see you next week in your favorite tee!

  6. Gorgeous blouse and love the bright pink shoes you paired with it. I still buy lots and lots of black. Don't get me wrong, I still like color and wear a good dose of it, but I don't think it will become a full transition. But hey, never say never!

  7. I love that the hot pink heels are back in your regular rotation now! As I was packing up and unpacking winter vs summer in my closet, I realized there is so much less color than there used to be in my closet, so my goal is to make more colorful choices.

  16. I'm like you Laura - used to wear lots of black but then went colour all the way!! Funnily enough I've gone back to wearing *some* black lately, but it does feel alien to me, and I'd never do head-to-toe black. Your pink heels are LUSH and the blouse is so pretty on you! You always look so gorgeous, hun (your lovely smile reminds me me of my gorgeous niece who also happens to be called Laura - she's only five years younger than you)!

Thank you for hosting, I always love the themes you two come up with! Have a great week :)
