One of the most common questions I get asked about fitness leggings is do they stay up when you run.  Well, today I am sharing my running leggings guide and answering that question along with a few more important questions.  When people ask for my recommendation on running leggings, I have quite a few answers.  And for you to find your favorite running leggings, it really depends on what you're looking for.  Do you like them really tight or looser?  Do you like the material to be thick or do you prefer thin and lightweight?  Do you want a bunch of different color and print options or do you just prefer basic neutrals?  And then another important question is how much do you want to spend on them.

I've rounded up 8 of my favorite pairs above including Albion Fit, Free People, Lululemon, Nike, Spanx, Sweaty Betty and Yummie and am dishing about the pros and cons of each.  For me, some of the most important factors are running true to size, shorter length options since I'm only 5'2, staying put and a good price point.  Which is your favorite brand of running leggings and why?

My favorite are Old Navy and Glyder!! Both super stretchy and stay put. TJ Maxx always has some of the name brands you mentioned on sale too!

Definitely Old Navy, they have petite sizing (online only) they are snug, but not uncomfortable tight, don't ride up or down, lots of patterns to choose from, and you can't beat their price when they have their $12 sale, definitely time to stock up on multiple colors.

You should try Zella leggings from Nordstrom. Actually they are even cheaper at Nordstrom Rack! They are incredible, thick, and not see through!
