Happy summertime ladies!  It's short season, can I get a hooray?!  I love wearing cute summer shorts, but they don't always love me.  I'm 5'2 with long legs, a short torso and an hourglass shape.  So it's always been hard for me to find my favorite fit.  I finally found a few brands though that are so good at getting it just right when it comes to shorts.  I can usually count on Loft, Old Navy and Target.  Today I'm sharing some of my favorite cute summer shorts and which body types I think they work best for if you're looking for your perfect fit too.  = )  What's your body shape?  Which of these cute summer shorts are your favorite?

Curvy girls - 1, 3, 5, 6
Longer lengths will help elongate and slim the legs.  Flowier styles or ones that have more of a relaxed fit on the legs are some of my favorites too.

Hourglass - 3, 4, 5, 6
I love styles that are highwasited, have wider waistbands and  are not tailored on the leg for a little extra room.

Short Legs - 8, 9, 11
If you have short legs, you're lucky, you don't have to worry so much about the length on shorts,  You can wear most any length, but I say go ahead and go short if you feel comfortable.  = )

Long Legs - 1, 10
If you've got really long legs and don't feel like showing it all off, I totally understand.  These 2 styles will make sure you're covered, but they're still cute and on trend!

Slim - 2, 4, 5, 7
Detailing at the waist like a bow or ruffles will help to define your waistline and add some curves,  Prints will also have this same effect.
